The administrative capacity of the Muzarabani Rural District Council has received a major boost following the official handover of modern executive boardroom furniture, generously donated by the Member of Parliament for Muzarabani North, Honourable Minister Zhemu Soda.
The comprehensive donation includes a high-capacity conference table, ergonomic executive seating, and modern presentation fixtures. This upgrade transforms the primary council chambers in Centenary into a world-class facility capable of hosting high-level investment delegations, inter-ministerial meetings, and the district’s full council sessions.
During the handover ceremony, Hon. Minister Soda reiterated his commitment to modernizing local government operations. “As Muzarabani transitions into an economic powerhouse driven by agriculture and energy exploration, our civic institutions must reflect that growth. This boardroom is where the future of the district is decided, and it must operate in an environment of dignity and efficiency,” the Minister remarked.
Muzarabani RDC Chief Executive Officer, Mrs. Ennie Gwachiwa, expressed profound gratitude on behalf of the administration, noting that the modernized chambers will immediately be put to use as the Council finalizes deliberations on the 2026–2036 District Master Plan.
